Returns & Exchanges Policy
At UDPwear, we believe in slow fashion that’s worth the wait. Because every piece is made-to-order specifically for you the moment your order is placed, we do not hold inventory. This on-demand model helps us reduce waste and keep our prints unique, but it means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or changes of heart.
Please double-check your measurements against our size guide before hitting that checkout button—we want your fit to be perfect the first time.
When Things Go Wrong (Defective Items)
We pride ourselves on quality, but we are human. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or arrives damaged, we want to make it right immediately.
- What to do: Please contact us at admin@udpwear.com within 14 days of delivery.
- What to include: Send us a photo of the defect along with your order number.
- The Fix: Once we verify the issue, we will happily ship a replacement to you at no additional cost or issue a refund. There is no need to ship the defective item back to us.
A Quick Note on Mock-ups
We use advanced digital mock-ups to show you how our designs will look on the final product. Please keep in mind that a variety of factors—such as screen calibration and the precise positioning of the print during the on-demand process—may cause very slight differences between the digital mock-up and the actual product you receive. These minor variations are part of the unique, handmade charm of on-demand printing.
