Important information regarding production and delivery times.

UDPwear.com partners with professional print facilities to custom-make every item to order. Because our items are made specifically for you, they require a production period before they are shipped.

Free Shipping

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on most of our products. If an item qualifies for free shipping, it will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.

If an item requires an additional shipping fee (such as oversized items or expedited delivery options), the exact cost will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. You will never encounter hidden fees.

Processing & Production Time

Since our products are custom-printed on demand, please allow time for production before your order is handed off to the shipping carrier.

• Standard Production Time: 2 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

Estimated Delivery & Transit Time

Once your order has been printed and packaged, it will be handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Transit times depend on your location.

• Standard Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 12 business days from the date you place your order.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to update with the initial scan.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Multiple Packages

Because we work with multiple specialized printing facilities to bring you the best quality products, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive tracking numbers for each individual package. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments.
